About us

Fjellkjede AS is a Norwegian company specializing in blockchain technology. Our mission is to enable organisations, and individuals, to utilize blockchain technology to the max. This means that the company will offer products and services at all levels of the value chain. Starting from the raw maintenance of the blockchain, all the way to providing utilities to interact with the blockchain.

Our mission can be summarized in two sentences:

  • Fjellkjede will make blockchain technology and decentralized systems available and affordable for the broader public as well as businesses building blockchain based systems.
  • Address the environmental concerns due to high energy consumption in blockchain based systems by providing green, affordable energy as a part of our offering.

Fjellkjede has multiple facilities designed to host blockchain miners. Miners can be ASIC or GPU type to participate in public blockchains, but we also offer hosting of miners in closed proprietary blockchains.

Additionally Fjellkjede focuses on creating utility apps to interact and value-add blockchains of any kind.

The company was founded in 2018 by 6 people passionate about the opportunities blockchains and crypto technology represents. The company is privately held, with solid investors. The team has vast experience from the tech industry very relevant to the new era of decentralized systems.
